Terraced villa a step away from the sea, with a large private fenced garden, structured on three levels: on the ground floor there are the well-equipped kitchen, the large and bright living room with a double sofa bed, overlooking the private garden, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue equipment. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower cabin. On the attic floor there is another bedroom with double bed and an extra folding bed, the second windowed bathroom with shower box. A second extra folding bed is available for the eighth person.
