Villa Pia è una villa signorile e graziosa ,situata nel Mare Adriatico a Lignano Sabbiadoro , la città preferita dallo scrittore Ernest Hemingway che la denominata la Miami italiana per le larghe spiagge. La villa è chiamata anche "Villa degli Scoiattoli" ed è grande 160 mq e si estende su due piani. Al primo piano c’è un grande e comodo soggiorno ed una cucina ampia con tutte le comodità. Al secondo piano ci sono due camere da letto matrimoniali ed una stanza con letto a castello.
Nella Villa ci sono due bagni ed un balcone che si affaccia davanti ad un piccolo bosco di pini marittimi. Sono offerti tutti i comfort necessari: TV satellitare, aria condizionata,ventilatori a soffitto, zanzariere, internet e biciclette per adulti e ragazzi. E’ circondata da un bellissimo giardino grande 350 m2 con palme e piante esotiche che creano un’atmosfera esotica , con diverse piante da frutto ed ornamentali e spazi verdi per il piacere dei Bambini. Nel giardino vi è un barbecue ed un forno professionale per la preparazione della originale pizza italiana.
