Composed of living room with sofa bed and television ( italians channels only ); kitchenette equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, 240 liter refrigerator two-door and microwave; sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with terrace, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with window and shower box.
The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning with heat pump inverter. Condominium parking space with limited number of spaces (not enough spaces for all apartments).
Additionally we ask a deposit of € 200,00 which we return at the end of the stay if everything is in order.
