On Sunday 14th April there is the Corsa delle Rose in Lignano, a 7 km free-pace race for women, but also open to children and men.

It will be an event for women, a moment that they will be able to devote to themselves doing some sport, but also chatting with friends and making new friends. It is a non-competitive event, so everyone can participate.

The route starts and ends in Piazza Marcello D'Olivo in Lignano Pineta and reaches the most extreme point of Lignano Sabbiadoro, through cycle paths, promenade and pedestrian area.

The Corsa delle Rose is alongside the Lilt (Italian League for the Fight against Tumors) and its projects for the prevention and early diagnosis of tumors. In fact, part of the proceeds from the race will be donated to Lilt.
