Thanks to the NEWA (North East Watersport Association) club you can reach the Conchiglie's Island with a dinghy.
Every day the start is at 1.30 pm – 2 pm from the beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro in front of the small island and the return is at 5 pm.

During this time the wind is perfect. For all participants the meeting place is in the parking at the end of Via Carso in Lignano Sabbiadoro.

It doesn't exist a limit of lessons to do before to go out alone with the kitesurf, usually in 6 hours you are able to do it by yourself. Also other people can do this in 3 or 4 hours.

This is a sport that everyone can try during the holidays, even if you stay in Lignano just for a week.
The club doesn't impose a minimum number of lessons: in fact the participants can choose the day of the start, when to continue and for how long.

In addition in Lignano you can do kitesurf even in spring and in autumn: during this period the weather and the wind are very good to do kitesurf.
The perfect place isn't the Conchiglie's Island, but the Tagliamento's mouth in Lignano Riviera.
