Located above the Ristorante Pizzeria Stadio, an elegant guesthouse recently renovated, consisting of 4 cozy rooms and a common room with tables and chairs for breakfast and meals. Each room is equipped with every comfort to make our guests' stay a pleasant experience. Private bathroom in each room, hairdryer, hot/cold air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, WiFi.
Room tidying scheduled every day between 10.00 and 12.00; change of sheets and towels every 3 days or on request.
All our guesthouse guests have a reserved discount at the Ristorante Pizzeria Stadio.
The property is located in front of the Palazzetto dello Sport in Lignano Sabbiadoro, home to various sporting events and concerts.

Stella d’Oriente is located at Lignano Sabbiadoro, on the corner between
Via Carso and Via Pola, just 100m from the beach and the Funta Faro harbour and is 200 m from the pedestrian precinct. Each apartment has its own parking cars. It takes just a few minutes to get to the sea, green areas, shops, public and health services, sports facilities.
Stella d’Oriente has been developed over six floors served by a lift, each floor having two apartments completely separated by a landing. Type C: 4/5 persons - New apartment with quality finishes. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with patio door, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower cubicle and door-window, 2nd bathroom with shower cubicle. Living area with living room / dining room with sofa bed, television and opens with a double sliding glass door to the terrace to "L". Equipped with table and chairs is also easily accessible from the sleeping area. The kitchenette is equipped with refrigerator from 240 lt (separate freezer), dishwasher and microwave.
The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and a reserved parking space.

The first-floor apartments have large balconies while the ground-floor apartments enjoy a large section of the garden. The house has 2 storerooms, each with a washing machine for use by guests. Close by is the beautiful Riviera green space on the banks of the river Tagliamento where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. A small shopping area with supermarkets, tobacconist's and café is 250m away. Shop opening times: from 8 a.m. – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m./midnight. The nearby Marina Uno marina rents boat berths for sailing enthusiasts visiting Lignano. The Marina Uno complex also includes a splendid swimming-pool which often offers aquagym courses.
