The price includes consumption of water, gas, and electricity (except for air conditioning, which costs €50.00 per week - choice on site).
Beach equipment is not included, nor are bed linens, towels, tablecloths, and dishcloths. You must bring them with you or rent them directly on site ( Bed linens and towels). If you wish to rent linens from us, please do so at least one week before your arrival. Thank you.
