On September 5-6 and 12-13, Lignano hosts the first edition of “Esterno Verde – Beyond Lignano”, an event dedicated to discovering the town’s hidden and special places from an artistic, cultural and architectural perspective.

Visitors will have the opportunity to take part in walks, guided tours, tours by bike, boat and on foot, special openings and storytelling events to discover lesser-known yet equally fascinating places and stories of Lignano Sabbiadoro.

On September 5 and 6, the programme will explore the town’s history, from its origins to the first pioneers of tourism, with a comparison between the architecture of Pineta and Riviera. On Saturday, September 5, there will also be a live show of the narrative podcast “C’è vita nel grande nulla agricolo”.

On September 12 and 13, special openings will offer access to iconic places such as the terrace of Torre Ariston, Casa Romanelli, the floating village of Marina Azzurra Resort, the Golf Club, Villa D’Olivo and the stone bridge of Hotel Marin, featuring an illustrated exhibition.

The event will conclude on Sunday, September 13, on Isola delle Conchiglie, with stories of the sea.
