Our residence is a building made up of 4 floors including 14 apartments (with a kitchen and tv-sat, one or more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower) and an internal (limited) parking space for the customers.
The building is part of Lignano Sabbiadoro's tourism far-back in an active way, thanks to various interventions headed for improving people's stay and going along with customers' needs.
Residence California is located in Lignano Sabbiadoro, next to the beach (only about 50 meters, near beach office 1/bis), in a place where you can find also coffee bars, supermarkets, grocery stores, newsstands and cigarette shops, not far away from the center of the town.

Valuable property, is composed of different types of apartments, spread over 3 floors. The apartments have panoramic terraces with access from all rooms and very large garden all fenced for greater serenity have wi-fi, air conditioning, normal parking, detached garage, etc.

Bungalows Los Nidos are all of 36 square meters, with large private garden equipped with outdoor table, chairs, parasol and barbeque. Overlooking common gardens shaded and equipped with games for children. The interior is divided between living room with kitchen, double bedroom and twin bedroom with bunk beds. The bathrooms have a shower.
Satellite TV, air conditioner, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven are the main equipment of every bungalows .
The bungalows "basic " have a simple, basic but functional style, the bungalow " classic " modern and functional style while the bungalows " classic plus " have a living room with a large sliding window overlooking the garden. The furnishing is modern and functional , and additionally in the living room , there is a comfortable sofa.
Rentable up to 4 people, children included. Is it possible to added one more extra bed asking at the reception.

The apartments " Le Rondini" are the setting of the holiday resort and overlooking the sunniest areas. Each house is divided between ground floor with garden , first and second floor with back-looking balcony and front terrace from which parents can supervise their children playing in the front equipped gardens. Each apartment has a living room with kitchenette, decorated in rustic style with double sofa bed , dining table, cooking corner with fridge and freezer , microwave and TV .
The room on the ground floor and the first floor has two single beds and wardrobe ; on the second floor , slightly smaller , the sleeping room has a bunk bed and wardrobe . At the second floor there are half separating walls so that spaces are more spacious and airy . The apartments are suitable for families up to four people. The parking space is in the back or near the apartment .

Holiday home consisting of four apartments that can host from 4 to 6 people surrounded by an own private garden of pine trees. It lies in a quiet lane, very close to the sea and not far from the city centre. All the apartments are equipped with air conditioned, TV/SAT, bed sheets and towels, furnished garden or terrace and one parking space for each apartment in the neighbourhood.
