The Elena residence is a small condominium located in Lignano Riviera, surrounded by the pine forest in a quiet and relaxing area, just a few minutes walk from the Riviera beach, and from the Etvoila' shopping center, where you will find a supermarket, fruit and vegetables shop, pizzeria take away, ice cream shop, and nearby restaurants and pizzerias. A covered parking space is reserved for your car, to reach the other areas of Lignano the bus service is active, with various stops nearby.

Confortable accomodation complemented by a range of facilities including tv, wi-fi, air conditioning, safety deposit box and free use of laundry room with its washing maschine. This building is located near the heart of the tourist centre with its many bars, shops and restaurant and only few steps to the beach. Reserved parking place close to the building or by building.

The excellent location allows you to reach the beach in a few minutes on foot; the nearest beach office is no. 2. Walking along the pedestrian path through the pine forest, you will quickly reach the seafront near the beach entrance.
Lignano Riviera is renowned for its greenery and tranquillity. A few hundred metres from our building is the small shopping centre ‘Et Voilà’ with a supermarket, bakery and ice cream shop, and for those who love fitness, there is a modern gym.
Some restaurants and pizzerias are located along the main road of Riviera.
Near our apartment, you will find a bicycle rental shop and a bus stop. During the summer, a regular bus service allows you to reach all areas of Lignano Sabbiadoro.
