La casa è una bifamiliare con ampio giardino in pineta. Ha due stanze da letto e due bagni al piano superiore.
E' tranquilla, adatta ai bambini, ma anche animali domestici di piccola taglia sono benvenuti.
Si trova vicino al centro ed è comoda a negozi e ristoranti.
La spiaggia è raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi o ancor meno in bicicletta (in casa ce ne sono 3).
Provvista di aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno e microonde.
Da Lignano si possono visitare Aquileia, Palmanova, Trieste e Venezia è raggingibile con una piacevole gita in barca. La casa è sprovvista di garage ma si può parcheggiare in strada
