A small, modern two-story residence that rises in the middle of a green, pine wood-garden. It has a swimming pool for adults and one for children, playground, parking area, loundry room with washing machines and driers, working with coins. The residence is located at 150 metres from the sandy beach and not so far from the center of Lignano Sabbiadoro. Minimarkets, supermarkets and bakery are nerby. The apartmets are confortable and practical, with spacious rooms, bright and coloured furniture. All balconies are furnished with outdoor tables overlooking the garden.

The building is part of Lignano Sabbiadoro's tourism far-back in an active way, thanks to various interventions headed for improving people's stay and going along with customers' needs.
Residence California is located in Lignano Sabbiadoro, next to the beach (only about 50 meters, near beach office 1/bis), in a place where you can find also coffee bars, supermarkets, grocery stores, newsstands and cigarette shops, not far away from the center of the town.
