Modern Residence located in Lignano Sabbiadoro, equipped with refurbished swimming pools, a large one for adults and a smaller one for children, a lift and numbered parking places.
We would like to inform our guests that the pool is open from early June to the first week of September (early or late opening/closing depends on weather conditions).
To be sure of the opening/closing dates, please contact us, as they may vary depending on the weather, management decisions, or renovation work.

This restored apartment block with its own garden is situated in one of the nicest areas of Lignano: it is just a short stroll to the beach and town centre. It’s enviable position makes it one of our most requested lodgings. We reccomend ’’Residence Patrizia’’ to those wishing to pass a quiet holiday without givin up all the advantages of being near to the town centre. Laundry room with washing machine free of charge. Each apartment includes a numbered parking space within or outside the residence grounds.
The beach service is not included in the price. The next beach offices are number 1bis (Pesce Spada), 2 (Bagno Italia) and 3 (Bagno Lignano).
